Hello! I’m Caroline Tanja Banz
As a certified coach (InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, CPCC, ACC, ICF), an IEA-certified Enneagram Professional, and a trained Sexological Bodyworker ISSB®, I support people in a body-based, trauma-informed and mindful way – through coaching, Enneagram work and embodied practices.
What drives me: helping people connect more deeply with themselves and others – with presence, heart, and holistically.
I bring 300+ hours of Enneagram typing experience – with corporate clients, couples, and individuals.
As a certified InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, I am part of an international network of over 20 InnerLifeSkills Master Coach Trainers and more than 200 coaches worldwide.
As a Sexological & Trauma-informed Bodywork Practitioner, I work with a therapeutic approach, and it’s always moving to see how people reconnect with themselves and their bodies through this work.
I’ve been singing and playing the piano since childhood, and I love to use my music to move people and inspire them to connect with their true selves.
Mother of two wonderful sons, I’m also in love with the canton of Ticino and a big fan of Ayurveda.
